I recognized this place. They have the best dog mien and deep fried stroller I ever ate , don’t miss this place, highly recommended. I give it 4 stars!,,

There was a cartoon about this in the “New Yorker” many years ago. According to the final caption, dog meat is “tough, gamy, strong-flavored.”
