“Caution – Water on Road During Rain”

Some people just don’t realize.

I will not believe this for one minute
If they reworded it, it wouldn’t sound so stupid. “Road under water, during rain”, means the same thing, but sounds less like a retard wrote it.
Funny it never happens during drought, duh!

I don’t know if Bob is being serious, but that doesn’t sound any less ridiculous to me, and actually makes it sound like the road gets flooded every time it rains.
If that is what they MEAN by this sign, then they should say something about being prone to flooding. The “during rain” part seems almost completely unnecessary no matter how you try to word it though as it is obvious none of that would happen in dry weather.
