what on earth happened to prompt someone to put this sign up in the first place?
@ Evans, it is so that the consumer is not encouraged to open the product and try it on before buying.
why?
i would rather try it on in the store then at home then have to come back and return it cause this is what happends

Clerk: manager to costumer service condoms were to small i repeat condoms were to small
