The toilet should be used for depositing deformed pigeons and NOT as a launchpad.

it’s saying don’t use toilet paper for risk of clogging the toilet instead you should stand on the toilet seat and air dry your butt
it’s saying dont stand and crap in the toilet and toilet paper goes in the toilet
you can find these type of signs in some freeway rest rooms as maintnance was in the early 90′s getting pissed off with idiots taking craps on the toilet not in the toilet and tossing the used TP on the floor
the rest rooms you find these type of signs in are mexico boarder crossing restrooms
